It was developed at the same time as the 370Z coupe and, from the very beginning, it was designed as a pure roadster. This focus has resulted in one exceptional sports car.
Built to perform, the Nissan 370Z Roadster has its roots in racing heritage. With a fourth-generation 3.7L V6 engine with VVEL (variable valve event and lift), the Nissan 370Z Roadster produces an incredible 328hp with 363NM of torque. The short front overhang and racecar layout help focus the power-to-weight ratio and keep it balanced, while the forward placement of the engine and the rear-wheel drive support its superb agility. For the manual transmission, the Synchro-Rev control is an industry first, matching the speed of the engine to the road speed for smooth gearshifts.
The impressive body has been designed to ensure quality performance at speed. As you accelerate, the design and shape of the body produces a down thrust to help the lightweight alloy wheels grip the road. With a muscular stance, and classic Z silhouette, the body of the 370Z Roadster will turn heads, with the rear boomerang tail lights giving those lagging behind a visual feast.
If you’re looking to experience a top-down energy rush, you simply have to press one button and in 20 seconds the 370Z Roadster’s automatic power roof folds away.
